In the afternoon of April 15th 2009, in front of the eyewitness from cadres of the two organs, the Viet Nam Union of S&T Associations (VUSTA) and the Institute for Research on Legislation of the National Assembly’s Executive Commission had signed an Agreement for combning the actitivites in the period 2009 - 2013. Assoc. Peof. Dr. Ho Uy Liem - Acting Chairman of VUSTA and Dr. Dinh Xuan Thao - standing member of the National Assembly’s Economic Commission, Director of the Institute for Research on legislation, on behalf of the two organs had signed and approved the Agreement.
